This is actually an engineering spec which not only shows the design and asset placement and animation, but supplies the engineer with the suggested .xml schema that drives it. The .xml would be saved for every individual user to keep track of the progress.
NOTE: This was created when Adobe Flash was still a technology used for interactive media.
